What's going on!!

Over the past few weeks, many different things have been going on. The kids have worked on planting kale, learning to count by 5's, 10's and 25's, freshmen kids received their tablets and have been setting them up and also planting edible flowers in the old compost pile.  I myself have enjoyed the planting and being part of that, at the beginning I didn't want to get my hands dirty but now I don't mind it so much.  I enjoy seeing the kids learn more and more everyday, its awesome to see how involved each of the students get.

It Friday!!!!!

I am super stoked for this weekend, I get to go visit my niece.  I am not looking forward to the 3 hour drive to get there, but seeing her face makes it well worth it.

Kale, Kale and some more Kale

This week we have set up the greenhouse. The kids did such an awesome job helping each other out. We also started planting some kale.  I have never been much of a gardening type person but I do got to say, I enjoyed it.  It was wonderful being outside in the sun and getting our hands dirty (even though I wore gloves).
